Before installation, confirm the model,

Check the gear form angle,

The installation surfaces of the slewing ring and upper and lower supports should be flat and free of foreign objects,

Use a feeler gauge to check the clearance between the slewing ring and the supports,

If the clearance exceeds the requirements in the table below, use corresponding iron or copper shims to fill it,

To prevent deformation or jamming of the slewing ring after tightening the bolts,

The "S" mark on the inner ring and the blockage position on the outer ring should be installed 90° away from the main load zone,

The "S" mark on the inner ring, blockage position on the outer ring,

The bolts inside the slewing ring should be tightened in a symmetrical manner in the 180° direction,

Refer to the attached table for the tightening torque,

And check whether the internal and external seals of the slewing ring are intact.

Fill the slewing oil pool with an appropriate amount of grease,

Recommended: 1 barrel for 20-ton level, 1.5 barrels for 30-ton level,

Adjust the clearance on the missing side of the small gear and the green-painted position,

If the clearance is too small, the rotation will be hindered; if it is too large, the boom will swing greatly from side to side,

For the bolts on the outer ring, it is recommended to use new bolts,

And tighten them in a symmetrical manner in the 180° direction to ensure that the bolts have the same pre-tension force,

Slowly rotate the slewing ring for at least 3 circles,

Carefully check if there is smooth rotation,

Recommended grease:2# or 3# extreme pressure lithium-based grease,

Rolling track replenishment cycle: Add grease every 200 hours or every half month,

Replenishment method: Add grease while rotating, with a small amount of grease overflowing at the seal.
